Thi Anh Oliver
Founder and Principal Physiotherapist
Thi Anh has a wealth of knowledge in all areas of general physiotherapy and specialises in pelvic floor health. With over eleven years of experience in the WA health sector (including King Edward Memorial Hospital), she has acquired a unique set of skills to treat from a musculoskeletal and pelvic health point of view. She applies her passion for education and empowerment into her treatment pathways to gain long-term improvements.
Did we mention she is also a mum? Blessed with two daughters, which has given her newfound appreciation for the female body, Thi Anh has undertaken further university training to treat pelvic floor weakness, incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, sexual pain, vulvodynia, as well as issues related to pregnancy, cancer, and menopause.
We utilise many other tools such as biofeedback, vaginal trainers, and electrical stimulation to train pelvic floor muscle dysfunction.
Thi Anh understands that pelvic health is also crucial for men and has special training in men’s health, continence, and post-prostatectomy rehabilitation.
We use real-time ultrasound to see how the pelvic floor, core and deep back muscles work.
Thi Anh’s expertise cover a wide range of hands-on techniques such as dry needling, trigger point therapy and joint mobilisation to ease pain she is trained in clinical polestar pilates and exercise prescription for whole body strengthening.
She also has special interest in the treatment of neck pain, headaches, lower-back and shoulder pain and believes that effective treatment is a holistic and team journey.
Outside of work, Thi Anh loves to salsa dance, care for her indoor plants and do creative projects with her family.
